Moustache - The New Beard? |

 The Norwegian Dagbladet printed an article about "moustaches being the new beard" today. In it, journalist Trude Ringheim discusses the status of the moustache today compared to the past few years, where men have bent over to "metrosexual" trends.
Ringheim writes nice things about moustaches. We acknowledge her journalistic integrity. Her excuse for writing this article, was Ari Behn's (author and son-in-law of the Norwegian king Harald) new moustache. We would like to congratulate mr. Behn with his hirsute appendage and urge him to keep it for ever.

 2008 is a great year to be growing a moustache. Moustache Awareness International hopes to see many of you doing just that. Our effort to raise the general awareness of how important it is that men have moustaches will continue. We especially seek to educate people in moustache appreciation. In this particular field, it is very important to reach out to women and children. In our communication with doubtful men, we will focus on the many benefits of having a moustache. Furthermore, it is important to inform men about moustache maintenance and make this seem like an everyday thing rather than something impossible. We know that misconceptions about moustache maintenance is one of the reasons most often given by men when they decide not to grow a moustache. Check back for more moustache news soon. Ha bart! |
